I provide therapy to individuals ages 16 and older and families with children 16 and older. I do not provide couples/marriage therapy.

ACCEPTED INSURANCE PLANS
I currently an in network with the following plans:
- Aetna
- Cigna
- Optum/United
- SANA
- BCBS
*If you are not enrolled in one of the insurances, but would like to use you out of network benefits, I can provide a Superbill for you to submit to your insurance plan for potential reimbursement.
OUT OF POCKET RATES
I operate from an equity sliding scale fee structure. Fees range from $100-$140 per 50 minute session hour. Fees are based on your personal determination depending on your current financial situation. Fee structure schedule can be emailed to you or discussed with you during a consultation call.
EMDR INTENSIVES
If you desire deep transformation at a faster speed, I offer EMDR intensives which range from 1 1/2 hour to 5 hour EMDR sessions (with appropriate breaks throughout). EMDR intensives are not covered by insurance so are charged as out-of-pocket rates. EMDR intensive rates also follow an equity sliding scale fee structure.
