Individual Therapy for Adults

Individual therapy offers a safe, personalized space to untangle what’s holding you back and step into the life you truly want. Through this work, you’ll:

  • Discover or reconnect with your inner power — the resilience and strength that are uniquely yours
  • Experience genuine self-love and learn to treat yourself with kindness and acceptance
  • Build authentic, healthy relationships that nurture and support you
  • Set and maintain boundaries that honor your needs and values
  • Heal from your past and release patterns that no longer serve you
  • Develop effective coping skills to navigate life’s challenges with calm and clarity
  • Regain a sense of hope and possibility for your future
  • Pursue your goals and dreams with renewed purpose and confidence

If this sounds like the kind of change you’re seeking, individual therapy might be the supportive space you need to become the strongest, fullest version of yourself.

therapy for Teens and young adults

I dream for every young person to feel safe in this world, confident in who they are and who they are becoming, and hopeful about the future. If you’re a teen or young adult (16 and older) who has already faced difficult challenges, I’m truly sorry you’ve had to learn hard lessons so early in life. At the same time, I know those challenges can be a powerful source of growth, healing, and resilience.

If this sounds like where you are, my goal is to help you:

  • Build confidence in yourself and your unique journey, embracing both your strengths and your potential for growth
  • Stand up for your needs and values with clarity and courage, so you can claim the respect you deserve
  • Create authentic connections with others who appreciate and support the real you
  • Communicate your thoughts and feelings effectively so you feel truly heard and understood
  • Make thoughtful choices that nurture your well-being and set you on a path toward your dreams
  • Develop healthy coping skills that help you manage stress and overcome challenges with calm and resilience
  • Cultivate hope and excitement as you look forward to your future with optimism and confidence
  • Pursue your goals and dreams with renewed purpose, passion, and a clear sense of direction

If you’re ready to take that next step, individual and/or family therapy can give you the safe space and support you need to grow into the strongest, most authentic version of yourself.

family therapy

Parents: If only I had the parenting handbook you’ve been searching for all these years. Sigh. Raising a teen comes with its own unique challenges, and there’s a reason people say parenting is the hardest job in the world. You carry the enormous responsibility of keeping your child safe, fostering their self-confidence, instilling strong morals and values, providing the right balance of nurture and discipline, teaching responsibility, and promoting autonomy.

It’s completely normal for parenting teens to stir up emotions like shame, frustration, and fear. I know it can feel incredibly isolating and lonely when you struggle with feelings of failure or not being good enough. Yet, beneath it all, I see a parent who wants the very best for their child.

If you’re a parent seeking family therapy for your teen (16 and older), I will strive to help you and your family:

  • Build connection through trust, empathy, and honest communication
  • Learn and practice effective ways to communicate that bring understanding and closeness
  • Prioritize and create plans centered on your family’s safety and well-being
  • Heal past family wounds to create space for growth and renewal
  • Support each other through healthy coping strategies that strengthen your family bond
  • Find the right balance between honoring your teen’s autonomy and nurturing healthy interdependence

Together, we can work toward a family dynamic where everyone feels seen, heard, and supported
